Why is that hawkeye powerdrain doesnt work on immunity node while vision magik does work???

Hello. We have been stuck in level 60 for so long. If you dont have plan to increase summoner level please stop giving us xp boosts from lesser solo crystal, greater solo crystal and alliance crystal. Or else please increase 10 more level in next update.
