Doc Oc life and power steal

Is Doc Oc life steal and power steal working fine ? I tried him in uncollected against gold dead pool, the life steal does not seems to work .

The heal block seems to work but not life stealing since my health bar does not seems to increase at all.

His life steal only procs when he's awakened. It replaces the heal block effect.

Yup he is awakened.
