Any hero ability changes

There are some champions that have abilities that do not make sense, like civil warrior can bleed, any others y'all noticed?

No he can bleed even tho he is covered by metal, same thing with iron man, it doesn't make sense they can bleed like other champions when they have a metal cover over them
