HOW DOES FALCON BYPASS SAFEGUARD? HE IS THE ONLY CHAMP I HAVE DUPE BUT COULD R4 HIM BASED ON WHAT YOU GUYS TELL ME . THANX AND SORRY FOR THE CAPS. NOTICED IT TOWARDS THE END..

    It only lasts 10 seconds (12 vs science) and then there's a cool off period. If I remember correctly. Never tried it vs safeguard tho
