That is fair enough. But Kabam has been extremely naughty and incompetent lately with all update issues,downtime more than once, aw issues, champion bugs(like domino block break- that is costing a lot in items btw, same as overheat issue when in aq aw), leaving 5* gem outside from cash deals and so on and so forth.
Therefore majority of player base assumed that the inadequate long time taken by Kabam to agree on compensation kinda implied that you will try to mend things with summoners and surprise us with something nice for once.
Obviously that is not the case, and it’s fair enough, but with how massive these threads about compensation are, and with the posts people left there if anyone of u had bothered to actually read them , and responded with this exact message before the announcement, you would have avoided this false hope people had.
I mean would it have been so hard to post this exact message on Monday stating that compensation will be exclusive for this and that and will have nothing to do with anything Kabam has **** up lately?

The worst part of this whole thing is they never tell us what went wrong. It’s basically “here’s this pittance, forget this ever happened”
But you were doing a piece of content that is available if and when you want to do it.. legend is a one off attempt to compete in, and a server outage ruins your attempt. Once your kicked out the game your legend run is gone
I'm sorry if we ever gave the impression that this was for anything more than the Outage. I thought we were pretty clear on that from the beginning.
These cases you have brought up are all different issues, and are not related to this at all. If any of them require compensation for themselves, that will be separate, not included here.
You are totally getting us wrong here, so many time on waiting, for such a bad resolution, in a way saying from the beggining we will give you nothing would have been betterz at least you would have recognized that you dont care about the player base.
So you know, compensation on this kind of things isnt extended only into what you can "calculate" also counts as a maximum of things achievable in that time, whether or not a player could achieve them is independent, bc is a general problem.
Second you gotta take into consideration what day it was when all this happen and what kind of circumstances could be connected to it, ie it was a weekend for some a late friday for others, meaning that most people had more time to play, therefore maximizing what they could get.
Lastly, not that you will do it, but you could, beside this "compensation" that is more a refund f resources, you could send another ctrue compensation pack,nothing crazy, but similar to your standar of 1k 5* shards some small refills potions, etc, and that just to call it it an ok response, cause in an honesty, given kabam constants mishaps a "crazy" compensation isnt out of logic, just to show you care, which you dont
@Kabam Miike I think the comparison between this compensation and the last one is actually a pretty fair comparison. When looking at the total outage time and not just the number of outages isn't the downtime fairly similar? Also many times downtime will occur during less active hours of the day, whereas this one occurred for a lengthy amount of time which covered some of the busiest times in the game. I think there are more factors for this most recent 12 hour downtime that should play into the compensation then there were for the previous downtime. Also isn't compensation about not only making up for missed rewards, but also making up for the inconvenience that was caused to the players? Just food for thought... Thanks.
In total time, maybe it'd be comparable, but the more frequent downtimes had more of a negative effect for sure. This compensation is specifically for this one Downtime. Thank you for your feedback, I will pass this on to the team for the future.
As if you guys ever cared for those short time or other so called "emergency maintenance" and ever going to compensate.
You guys just had to show yourselves how pathetic can you be.
That’s the problem though. You guys only think of bare minimums. Some alliances may have been unable to complete AQ because the game was down for 12 hours. That could have affected their whole AQ series and dropped them a rank. They could have missed out on T4B/C glory, and more crystals from milestones. Also most people would agree that a little something extra would be given for the inconvenience just to show they care and they value their player base. I’m not talking a whole 5*/6* crystal or AG, but maybe another 1-2k shards. It’s not game breaking and it won’t stop people from buying stuff from you I promise.
TL:DR I think you guys missed the full scope and did the bare minimum. I think you guys could’ve done better.

You had a real opportunity to go above and beyond for your player base and dropped the ball severely.
All you say is that the points being brought up are seperate issues, but thats the point, we have had to deal with issue after issue after issue.
Kabam COULD have done something to truly say "we are sorry for all the issues but we truly appreciate you staying with us and the contest"
But no, we get the absolute bare minumum.
Ive spent quite a bit of money but that stops now. I for one am going 100% ftp and possibly quitting altogether.
No one at kabam cares anyway.
Bc for them is not about compensating as much as is reimbursing, do for them minimums are actually "too much" and i insist i think they $ received on the 4thvery likely make them say: "hey this guys still buy, so no reason to overstretch"
