AQ rank rewards.
If you start an alliance in the middle of an AQ cycle i can understand not qualifying for rank rewards. If you join an alliance before the cycle even begins and complete all five days you should qualify. I joined an alliance at 3 a.m. Sept. 10th and they were in day 4 of aq cycle.
