Give them as much info as possible, like which champs were deleted, screenshots of the champs in your account, approximate time when you were hacked etc. Don't keep your hopes up that Kabam will reverse the changes as they don't do that very often, but at least you can still try. Well, if the user didn't give his login info to anyone, there's not really anything else he could've done. There aren't really any alternate security measures he could've taken outside of just a password. If that password is somehow found out, then Kabam really should try to help this guy out.
