  I feel like at this point (given their silence on this issue recently, and the fact that they did not post the list from last month), that Kabam has determined (for some unknown reason), to keep this list a secret.

  I think the issue is that they distributed legend titles and rewards to top 100 list for the 'Guardians of the galaxy vol zero' quest for peeps who got times as high as 5hr where I know several people (including myself) who had done the run over maintenance outages, my time was 4hr 25min excluding outages, still not received any rewards for that run.
  
  I was advised by Kabam support that the outages would be excluded from the times.. but as it's been now over a month since then and still nothing it just seems they are struggling to sort this out.
