Why hasn’t Kabam compensated summoners for the overheating issue???

Players from all over the world either had their phones destroyed or couldn’t play the game for over two weeks and Kabam has STILL not compensated the community. At the very least, Kabam should provide users with a sincere apology (instead of simply using free labor to work out their bugs) AND a compensation package of a Awakening Gems, 4 Star champions, and assorted rewards. If this company truly wants to keep its users, it should be more considerate.
