    Both are great, I love both. Hulk duped is much better. HE is much stronger than his PI suggests. His special one is really valuable not only for the bleed, but also for the power drain. And he doesn't need to be awakened to do it.

    Hulk's special to is absolutely killer and depending on how your masteries are set up his special one makes it easy for you to lock people into stuns.

    I don't think you can go wrong with either but if both are unawakened I would say Hawkeye first.

    Considering the options I’m leaning
    Hawkeye. Bleed immune might be a bit rough but he’s the master of power control only second to Magik herself. Sp1 capable to drop a full 3 bars to a bit under 2 can virtually ensure you’re only ever baiting their first special

    I love my Hulk, hence I vote for him, but HE comes in very close.
    I'd vote for both if I could.

    HAWKEYE!

    If neither of them are duped Hawkeye keeps his utility while hulk loses a lot of his damage
