PSA: Not all content is meant to be easy

I get everyones frustrations at the start of every month when it feels like the whole world is against you and no matter what you do, you just can't clear the content. But, the harder content is exactly that. Harder. Not everyone is going to be able to walk through it without spending items and units. But that is the whole point of a progression based game. You can complain that players with bigger rosters have it easier, and they do, but they too were at your stage once struggling to complete anything. A better way to tackle these problems would be ask people for help. The community will help you, if you don't have a certain champ, we'll try to help you with someone you do have. If you absolutely can't, you have to learn to accept that that is your current ceiling and you will have to grind and improve your roster. Soon, you too will be able to walk through content. But for now, patience.

But there is no benchmark for a regular quest from which to base what content is harder or not. There will always be people spending units to complete it, and there will always be people completing it without spending a single unit. If they went based off of the forum, then every single EQ is impossible because that's how people on here make it sound.

@K1lltastic Just because you can clear UC content one month, doesn't mean you automatically must be able to complete it the next. He is not the only person saying otherwise, there are a bunch of us including me. Ice Phoenix absolutely had to be looked at, and that was because it was unavoidable damage where only champ could counter it (Mephisto) or you needed to have a really high ranked champ. As multiple people have pointed out, this EQ is no where near close to that and there are multiple counters to Heimdall, Adaptoid and Red Skull.

Not the same thing at all. The game IS RNG-based. Saying I think a Boss was amped up too much is not the same as saying I should be able to bypass the schematic that the Rewards are doled out and have whatever I want.

The Rewards are primarily based on RNG. Champs, Crystals, etc. You can run the Arenas, but even the T4CC Arena yields more RNG.

Those people have been given valid feedback and suggestions to help them when they came on here complaining and asking for the content itself to be changed. You seem for some reason to not understand this, again which is baffling to me. And sorry, you're wrong again - it is the point. There's tons of counters to these challenges in this month's quest. Even able to be done with a 2 or 3 star version. If anyone truly doesn't have THAT MANY champs in any viable form, they shouldn't be doing the master or uncollected difficulty yet anyway and they aren't far enough in the game. It's as simple as that. You aren't on a crusade for them, you suddenly decided when YOU couldn't complete the content sleepwalking through it, that it meant EVERYONE was having trouble with it and therefore Kabam should change it. Take your own advice - listen to the feedback here on how to beat every single problem you listed with this event, go practice and do it. Nothing that was said here was condescending at all, and that's pretty rich coming from you of all people.

All content is based on abilities. Got the abilities beat the content. Dont. Well then dont get rewards..

Thankfully, there are other people making those decisions because if not, half the game would be banned and the other half would be whittled down to the 5% that can play the content you put out. The game wouldn't last long.

I took their perspective into account, I gave them a plan on how to defeat the harder content. And if it is still impossible, then the content is definitely too hard for them. But evidently you're having a hard time understanding this, so lets go with your train of thought shall we. If someone were to start playing the game today, and one week later start complaining about how hard RoL/RttL/LoL was, would you grab your pitchfork and ask for a nerf for all that content?

Hm that sounds awfully contradictory to a certain "I can't get 5* dups" thread , but I'm not gonna push that any further off-topic lmao. People have been asking for Kabam to increase rewards to match the growing meta. Over the last few months, Kabam has done that and it should be fair to up the difficulty on event quests as well. Not every event quest is going to be as difficult as this one but it's good that they are changing it up. Comparing the Thanos event quest difficult to last month's Ghost to this month, it's refreshing to see occasional challenges.

Kid... The assumption was that they were finding it hard to complete certain content. The next logical step is to give them options of alternate ways to complete said content. Which was done with everyone providing champs and strategies they can use. Whether or not they can utilize said strategy has nothing to do with the advise given. No one is saying that this EQ isn't harder than the last. The only advise anyone CAN give you is what champs to use and strategies. If that still doesn't help you, you've hit your ceiling. There is nothing wrong about that! Accept it, play some more, get better and smash that ceiling. The world is not going to be your goddamn oyster if you're not gonna put in the work for it

Anyway, I don't want to keep going back-and-forth. What I'm trying to say is let people have their say. When we assume what their problem is and start offering suggestions based on our own assumptions, it ends up stifling their issue. If people want help, they'll ask for it. If they're sharing their own findings and feelings, let them do it. It's not our responsibility to say who is valid and who isn't. Everyone is valid. Regardless of how right we feel.
