Assign all alliances a unique alphanumeric ID

I suspect an alliance of piloting and I want to report them. Unfortunately, both their tag and name are in Chinese and I have no clue how to type that out.

By giving all alliances a unique alphanumeric, you would facilitate people like me who want to be petty and report alliances for piloting and cheating. By allowing alliances to make tags and names in symbols that are not easily replicated by all, you are giving them an unfair advantage as they can cheat without being reported.

No that takes too much common sense and then Kabam has to do the translation. They can barely keep the game running, you expect them to crash Google Translate as well?
