I got parry unlocked and should it work when the opponent hits you when you block,if so why does it not work.

It's well timed blocks. Look up dorky diggity Dave on YouTube. One of the better parry videos for beginners

Parry isnt broken. I've been using it all day with no issues.

No. You're just doing it wrong. To parry stun, you have to time the block with a basic attack.

If someone charges at you and you block right before contact is made, then parry will kick in and will effectively stun the opponent. however, some champions like BW and magneto are able to reduce ability accuracy, which means parry may not work quite as well against a few champions as it does against most others. Just practice with it and you should be able to get quite skilled with it

If parry isn't working and you are sure your timing is perfect maybe they are stun immune?
