Why isn't week 4 open yet

@ZzyzxGuy maybe because people prefer whining about the delay in the start rather than reading the announcement and calculating the time in their local zone accordingly?

These timers are amazing. Mine says 52 minutes until week 4. I guess time works different in other places......
