Greetings Summoner, Due to issues affecting Alliance Wars, Alliance War Season 36 will be postponed until August 24th, 2022 and the minimum number of Wars Summoners are required to participate in to qualify for rewards will be reduced to 3. The Season will be shortened to 3 weeks.

The currently active War will not count affect the Season scores. War Rating will still be affected by these Wars.

    You should get it in the "rewards" section after clicking the stash icon. Also it the package appears when you go to the store

    Weird ... me and some others in my alliance got to choose the package by going to the store. The pop-up should appear right after going in there

    it dont popup in store or stash, if you didnt get popup from mailbox after hitting claim you need to wait for a fix

    Hey there @issamaf80 and @Captain_COC, we are still working on resolving the issues with the gift selection, but the good news is that whether or not the in-game message was deleted will not have any impact on this. You'll still be able to get it even if the in-game message was deleted. Hope that helps clear things up!
