How should i use for an initial run in act 5.1 and 5.2?

Hello, i almost completed act 4 100% and i want to do an initial run in act 5.1 and 5.2. Which champions should i use?

Also i plan to use the awakening gem from 100% act 4 to Awaken my 4* Scalet Witch.

    Your top 5 5* are your best bet.

    Hmm, if i would have this list of heroes
    I'd go with your 5*: blade , AA and doctor Voodoo, even Yondu
    and from your 4*: Spidey, Hulk, killmonger or AA.

    Dunno what difference you have on hp and attack on the heroes you have both as 4* and 5*

    In AA case the 4* version for the moment has stronger neurotoxin, bleed and poison damage, also more health and attack than the 5*
    And for blade should i bring a 3* gr for his synergy?
