Alliance war season rewards

So the beginning of alliance war season ended a bit ago and I was really pumped to get rewards, but a couple of days later (now) I still haven't received any rewards for even participating. Could Kabam please look at this issue and do something about it since it is really disappointing.

Yes I was and still am, been an officer for a while now.

Wow, that's not cool.

I would try opening a ticket with support. (go into in-game settings and click "support")....the mods cannot access accounts.
