Nope. Doesn’t work. Shut down both applications. Waited 10 min. Restarted. Same thing.

Still not working, cannot play on iPhone. I can log in on my Android, but the game has been unplayable on my Android phone for months as it is a 3+ year old device.

Had the same issue. Tried everything. Finally started working after deleting the game and reinstalling.

UPDATE:

I restarted my phone a few times and still same problem. restarted again and opened app. it went to the download screen and downloaded ~2MB of data (the pushed fix?) as of now I am in game.

GUYS! I fixed the problem. You just need to log out from appstore. Close the appstore and mcoc app and login again.

this time, logging out of app store and closing game, fixed the issue. able to log in. thanks

Ok, it finally worked.

I realize this was just a small issue that kept most of us IOS users out of the game for an hour... so can we at least have an hour extension on the Summoner appreciation crystal event, since many of us could not open our crystals, and in this event every hour counts?
