    This game version of him is the homecoming spidey in which he is not yet an avenger.

    Marvel Cinematic Universe and The battlerealm are two different Universe's.

    Actually Antman aka giantman have both been avengers long before this game existed. They chose the movie design which the movies have impacted the comics in recent years anyways…


    But it’s a mess between the 3 continuities of 616, MCU, and MCoC

    even in movies stark enhanced is not an avenger.....
    he wants to be....
    he fights alongside them during civil war....
    but is not an avenger....
    it is not until Stark offers him the Iron Spider suit at the end of Homecoming he has the chance to be an avenger....

    so it is not until IRON SPIDER in Infinity War Spidey is an avenger....
