People made their own choices knowing they wouldn't get the Resources back. That doesn't change when a better option comes along. Spending Respurces is irreversible. That's because the point is to use who we Rank for more Resources to Rank more. That's how we progress. We don't earn enough for a Top Roster and then swap out for the duration of the game. That's just not how it's designed.

@MISILUTI78 so what you are saying is you ranked up drax for one fight cause all they changed with him was him being able to parry mordo. Sounds like a cop out to me. Most people asking for rdt cause they ranked somebody who helped them along in the game and now they want those resources back cause they got somebody better. That’s not how this game works. I really wish they never gave those tickets out at x-mas.

In my opinion people should be careful who they rank up. You shouldn’t use rare resources just because they’re good counters for one or two champs. Rank up who you enjoy and who is gonna make a huge difference to your roster. Who knows, maybe in a year or two from now instead of “Drax” people will be saying blade

I need RDTs for all my champs I was forced to rank up because I wanted to progress in this game. Its so unfair I had to use so many resources.

You obviously deserve rank down tickets due to all those champs you were forced to rank that will no longer be the better option in the future

But that's exaclty what I did. Colossus was my 1st r4 4*. Would have been r5 if I hadn't gotten x23. I dont regret it at all. He got me through a ton of content and helped a lot in AQ early on. I made a choice and stuck to it.

If you want to play that way, cool. Some people only want to play in keeper fantasy leagues for money... I'd rather have the option to cut bait or offload a bust available periodically in my entertainment. I don't think RDTs should be handed out by the dozen for free. That's ridiculous. Having 1 available for units with a refresh of 3-4 months feels perfectly reasonable. Use them if you want, ignore them if you don't. Grind and save up for them just in case. Or don't.

Y is it so difficult to just rank up another champ? It takes awhile i know. I'm still working on my first r4 5*. I'm not complaining that we need to have something to fix mistakes we make. That's like saying let's add in a mulligan for war so u can just redo ur match u lost with no consequences!

Wouldn't be an exploit if it was a regular part of the game and available to everyone.

Please explain how it would be exploited to harm the game or its players. I'd like to know why you are so against an infrequent option to drop 1 champ 1 rank a couple times a year that would be equally available to free to play, newbs, and whales alike.

Patience is key I opened 20 5* crystals and FINALLY got a tech (Yondu) took him to r4... Ik I'm not getting those t2 alpha back I could've saved for someone else but I didn't so if I pull a 5* Sparky and can't r4 him that's on me. People need to realize that if they rank someone they better WANT them ranked up its just common sense

Champs regain their usage over time. Look at last EQ. Ronan was the savior for so many when fighting the Hydra Adaptoid. This month having Magneto, Jugg, or UC makes it easier since they are immune to the Reverse Controls. The "God Tier" champs won't get you through every event, and I think Kabam wants it like that. I have several "teams" that I cycle through based on the quest line because I know the same team won't work everywhere. Bummed you ranked up Hawkeye but pulled a Killmonger a few months later? So what. Bust your butt and EARN the resources to rank up Killmonger. But who knows, that Hawkeye might come on handy in a future quest.

Wouldn't be an exploit if it was a regular part of the game and available to everyone.

That would contradict the whole point of the game, and a number of modes that center around working for Resources for Champs.

Why does any of that mean no one should have the option of ranking down a champ? My scenario would be more like I ranked up Rulk and OG Hulk because I like Hulks. GHulk is closer to the ruthless WWHulk I envisioned and wanted to play in a game so I'd rather use him than OG Hulk. I grind the units to buy a ticket to bring OG Hulk down a rank because he's a crappy instance of a Hulk, not because I got a bad pull or he doesn't dominate anymore. If an EQ comes along that's tailored for OG Hulk domination (lol), I didn't sell him or anything. I'll just have to use more skill since he's only rank 3 now.

I don’t understand why some people are so strongly against them? How does it negatively effect any of you?

New better champions come out, that didn’t exist when certain champions were chosen for rank up. The game evolves, so should our rosters.

Correct. It's a choice not to use them. It's also a choice to Rank a Champ.

I have 2 mystic rank 5 5*. I do not want to see rank down tickets issued ever again. I did rank up my MS for defense but she is still a great champ. I hate her dash back though. I would rather see rank up tickets anyway. Then I can keep MS at rank 5 and bring up another champ. I still think we shouldn’t get anything for a mastery change that has been needed for a while.
