  I would concentrate on EQ each month at least heroic and master but then chip away at act 4 %100 completion

  chapter 1 isnt that bad, its chapter 5.2.4 onwards that you really need 5* 3/45 or 4* 5/50

  Helps to have a strong regeneration champ like Wolverine, Blade, Bishop, or Rogue for Act 5.1 for flare nodes. You also want a class advantage for flare and other nodes in Act 5.1-5.2.

  Only you can really answer that, but I wouldn't attempt Act 5 without a very strong roster of 5/50 4* and/or 3/45 and higher 5* champions. Also, it isn't just about rank, certain maps and certain paths favor certain kinds of champions: healing, power control, etc, and you generally need either a very good mix of champions, or very strong ones, to complete those paths.

  I chose to explore act 4 first and have 3/35's and 5/50's before going uncollected. It isn't too bad till 5.2.4, then it gets rough.

  I just finished act 4 last week with:
  
  X23(3/45)
  Iceman(4/40) duped
  AA(4/40) duped
  Hyperion(4/40)
  X23(4/40) duped
  Rogue (4/40) duped
  Angela (4/40) duped
  Medusa (4/40)
  Stark Spidey(4/40)
  Doc Oct(4/40)
  Mordo(4/40)
  
  Then miraculously pulled Blade as a five star.
  
  Then pulled Blade as a 4 star only a few minutes later.
  
  
  Amazing really.
