where can I use the symbiote? I don't see any assignment for him. when are the tasks for the symbiote?

I don't see these assignments for one of his. there are two special tasks, one is limited in time, the second to pass. What is Aq & Eq?I understand that a symbiote should be the one time I gave him one?
