Does anyone know why Venom True Strike not activating?!?!

Anyone know why his True Strike is not so true?!?! LOL

If you were below 18% health first then Assassin mastery may have kicked in for them and stopped your True Strike from activating.

There's currently a bug where True Strike won't activate when the opponent is already under 18% health when you start the fight.
