Get your butt kicked for a few moments to get your health low, wait for the switch, proceed to kill. Use the randomizers in the occult labs to get this effect for practice

This is in epic event quest aka blood and venom I'm aware. I completed epic shortly after it came out and this fight doesn't jump out at me as memorable .

The Dorm fight wasn't fun but it was doable, I'm all for a content rant about difficulty increasing faster than average progression but this isn't one of those times.
