I'm sorry to hear it sounds like you don't like non-collected players getting a chance to buy an offer like this! Where I understand it's disappointing as you've worked hard to become Uncollected, some players just aren't there yet. This gives them the chance to feel a little Uncollected until they're ready to join your ranks.
