Some champs like AA and Drax got nerfed. Also lots of champs who once very useful in all events are almost useless now. Yes to rank down tickets. This will help most players.

At the moment we don't have plans to bring back Rank Down Tickets.

We've addressed this on a few different threads and therefore will be closing this one so to not clutter the forums with the same topics.
