5* awakening gem deal

i know people are quick to complain when something is in the game we dont like or is awful and it surprises us. you unexpectedly see your favorite champions special 2 not landing after the perfect timing transition from combo into specials. we are quick to point those out as we should be. i make an effort to point out the things im equally surprised by in a good way also. for example todays gem deal 70$ for a 5* gem and some sig stones and a couple boosts thats a great deal compared to previous offers its always been at least 100$. that being said im hoping for a tech personaly to awaken ghost or infinity man (prolly ghost). ill be happy with any class except mystic i already have magik awakened and in tier 1 theres no other champion mystic id use in attack or defense i dont already have awakened dorm, ms and mephistoles. let me know if you guys liked the deal or not and why. thanks enjoy everyone!!!

I got mystic use it on my only 5 mystic hero

well lucky for you just happens to be arguably the best mystic defender. he might not hit that hard as a playable champion however hes super responsive and has the games best power control hes the only champion that can keep the opponent at 0 power the whole fight. congrats!!!

i got the cosmic gem and eventhough i have hyperion im going to wait for either a new champion or corvus glaive, maybe medusa if i pull her

Medusa utility is arguably better.

But extending Hyperions fury and power gain are tremendously helpful.

i want killmonger and corvus glaive in 5 or 6* so baly

Corvus doesn't need that gem as much as Medusa and Hyperion needs it.

your 100% right corvus really only gains prestige and a few extra seconds before hes killed from being awakened in most situations. 8/10 you cant spend the charges quick enough in aw to trigger the reduction in cooldowwn. several of my alliance mates said that at least. we are a master alliance so maybes its difefent in lower tiers

corvuses value is only boosted aw fights, just about in any other situations quest aq etc. there are better options

Lol. No. He's one of the best EQ runners there is as well. Great for a legends run. Also great in map 6 AQ. If I wasn't done with act 5 he'd have been great there too.

So yeah, he's ONLY useful in AW, AQ, EQ, and story. Oh and whatever special events there are. He's in every one of my lab teams

just out of curiosity what tiear is your alliance? cause everyone in master tiear will tell you just what i did, his main lurpose is aw and he wouldnt even make rank 5 if there wasnt aw. outside if aw hea good well above average but not as effective as other champions

Dormamu ain’t that good of a defender anymore since the MD nerf

Blade is only great with synergies or against dimensional champs. Spark is a glass cannon and not great against certain nodes. Ghost also needs synergies to get the most from her as well. Domino's damage takes a huge hit against debuff immune champs. Void has to be able to place debuffs to be effective. All champs have a limitation. To say corvus isn't on par with prettyuch all of those champs just isn't factual is all. I have all of them but blade and void as 5*s and R4 ghost and R5 spark and Corvus.

I'm pretty sure you meant to quote me and not yourself here. I'm only Plat 3 but I know for a fact that isn't true bc I know quite a few people in master.

I didn't say he's the best champ for everything at all times. He is however useful in far more situations than just war

well we agree to disagree you find me 4 people that would even being corvus to r5 if aw didnt exist. just 5 and ill eat those words. nobody would rank if aw wasnt here. furthermore other than a legend run hes low demi god and not even that without a mission

And all those other champs are much worse in the situations that I listed. No champ is good for everything. None. Outside LoL why does any champ get ranked besides war? That's just a ridiculous argument

i think you confused the word ridiculous with the word true at any rate you rank champions to make all content easier maybe for you a lol rank up is needed cause you havent 100% it, which all those champions i mentioned and many others are better than corvus for. matter of fact nobody has done lol with a corvus and had anything that comes close to success. as for your comment about him being good for aq, any champion can do aq i run 4* in map 6 and kill the first mini boss every aq. so that 2/3 situations where corvus is average. then throw on top hes not god tier without a mission and boosted and with suicides, find me 1 master player that corvus is god tier without a mission? some most people playing this game rank up champions that they like, you and i agree atm for the top 1% of players maybe even 5% rank most champions for aw, but before seasons started you ranked champions for aq first aw second so it depends on where the game is at any given moment but right now its aw. we also arent the majority of players

@Worknprogress Correct, there are a few situations where Dormammu shines as an attacker. My alliance recently had an AW where a few of my BG teammates had off days and didn't clear node 53. Our opposing BG placed a 4/55 Dormammu as their boss, with node 53 linked he had 365K+ health, 7.5K+ attack, 100% increased power gain and enhanced special attack 2. I waited until there were 11-12 minutes remaining then boosted tier 1 style and took down our opponent's linked Dormammu boss with less than 2 minutes of time left. Our opponent didn't see it coming and lost the war because they didn't have time to clear our last remaining AW boss.

aw boss should almost a 1 shot at worst, die twice and we are coting on weather your staying or being kicked, all that peoved was dormamu suck as an attacker

We don't stress 100% exploration in the offseason and we don't require members to spend $. We've enjoyed MCOC more since we quit the platinum AW grind to focus on alliance events, earning 10+ 5* signature stone crystals every 12 days has been huge for increasing our AQ prestige.

your skills are there though ill give you that you platinum player as far as gameplay, im hoping the war was lost cause and out of season or ill have to refer to my previous comment of not being in the best interest of the alliance

And blade is God Tier without danger sense? Void against a debuff immune node? Of course he needs a mission or more to get the most from him just like all those other champs need a situation to shine in.

Who in the world mentioned corvus for LoL anyway. I finished it with spark. Why would I use corvus?

Not all master tier players spend, Brian Grant is proof of that. Boosting for most AW fights and very high prestige are more likely to be required in master tier alliances.

Not all master tier players spend, Brian Grant is proof of that. Boosting for most AW fights and very high prestige are more likely to be required in master tier alliances.
