Did Loki's sp 1 get nerf?

I feel like his sp 1 finish animation got slower than before because I can dash in and hit him after his staff animation.

i don't think so, i just dueled toth64 to test and i can still hit loki after sp 1

There seem to be times when some projectile specials are faster or slower than others, even in the same fight.
