I pulled a 5* rank 3 to rank 4 tech gem from exploring act 5 a month ago, and recently pulled 5* IMIW. He’s unduped. Wondering if he’s worth the r4 gem. Thoughts?

    Also forgot to mention he’s the only decent 5* tech champ I have, and I’m sitting on 8 t4 tech catalysts.
