Gifting crystals 2018

Does anyone know if you have to be uncollected to buy these crystals when they become Available to purchase?

Yeah you can only buy them as gifts to send so be selective when giving 👍

Unless you have a 2nd account, you have to rely on someone trust worthy to trade them with.

So can you not buy as many as you want and open them or do you have to get given them
