Passive - Armor up (3 stack) Tech armor. Switch between energy and physical resistance every 8 seconds. If armor is broken, it will come back get back every 5 seconds for a maximum of 3 stacks, as long as there is not another armor break.

Signature - Dr Doom don't get the bonus against Cosmic/Mutant until awaken and get the class malus against Cosmic/Science.
When awaken, Dr Doom get the bonus against Cosmic/Mutant and the malus against Cosmic/Science (-1%/level)(4*)

SP1 - Mystical blast. Doom project a mystical bolt from his hand that power lock opponent for 1 seconds/his rank. Damage???

SP - Spell reversing. Doom cast a spell that reverse any buff on opponent to debuff. Damage ???

SP3 - Doombots attack. Doom call in the army of Doombots to assault the opponent. 80% chance to Stun for 3 seconds, 100% to Armor break for 5 seconds. Damage???
