who to R4?

hi, guys. I'm currently trying to explore act 4 100%. my roster only has one 4* champion of the science class at r4/40, red hulk. I'm wondering which one of two options would be more convenient for exploring act 4

Wasp is pretty good and has great burst damage but Luke Cage is awesome, sort of tanky but has really good damage with utility and bleed immunity.
