Idk if this is the case but an error has been occurring a lot for me personally. Sometimes when viewing a champ, the game will show the text it uses in coding and processing, rather than the custom text that the designers implement. So rather than showing you the text that you'd understand (70%), it would show you the value that the game applies to damage in that instance (.7). Again I'm not sure if this is correct but that's the only explanation I have. @Kabam Miike ???

0.7 can mean 70%

0.7 x 100 = 70%

No it says 0.7% so I really hope this is a display error or this passive is now worthless

it's probably a display error, try him out in a fight and see what happens

I did try him in a few fights, its def not 70%.

well then it's either a bug or kabam silently nerfed him

Wow..... just wow.... Right after Seatin posts that video, they reduce from 70% to 0.7%?!?!?!?! BRUTAL AND SHADY!!!

.7% =/= 70% in any sense.

Say you take 10K damage:

70% = 7K heal
.7% = 70 heal

I can say it was right after, i was using him recently, probably yesterday, & he had that regen active. Today against a void he just started to lose health.

Could this have caused the issue? Trying to fix one thing & mess up a whole lot?

Did Void, by chance, have his healing debuff on you?

Didnt see that, but I did test against ultron with bleed & cable with degen. Anyone else try this??
