Hulk Ragnarok used to recover 70% of heath when FaceMe was active. That has been reduced to 0.7%. Why is that done without any notification??

No it says 0.7% so I really hope this is a display error or this passive is now worthless
Say you take 10K damage:
70% = 7K heal
.7% = 70 heal
He is regaining 70%. Video coming.

I think you need to learn Ghulk a little better. Those don't trigger Face Me.
