How to contact a mod for help?

Anyone know how to contact a mod on here for help or to ask a question? I’m new at the fourms and I’m lost and don’t really know how to search for them on here, any help would be appreciated, thanks🙂

    It's pretty darn rare for a mode to answer questions via email. Best bet is to ask the community for help or search the forums. Reddit is also a good place for answers. Of course YouTube is probably the best place to learn.

    They can't do any help

    They just confuse you by saying "I'm passing this to support team"

    Bunch of Jokers hired by kabam

    Neither there support team answer any questions raised by tickets

    I raised a ticket a week ago and no response till now

    My lord, didn’t know the staff was that corrupt and unprofessional...I might look for help somewhere else on the web. I thought the fourms was a place to get help, I must of been mistaken. Thanks people for the info, much appreciated.
