How to do a dash light attack vs Korg?

I've been dueling like crazy and can only do a medium dash. I saw a video where some dude kept dash hitting Korg while his rock shield was up, and he got zero damage.

    What champion was he utilizing?

    Either he wasn't dashing, just light attack intercepting, or he was using someone that bypasses the damage(Omega, Magneto, etc).

    He was using IMIW and his dash in non intercepts resulted in no damage. I'll post the YouTube if I can find it again

    I find it really difficult to do light intercept. When I do intercept it's usually the medium hit. I'm still trying to understand how can you intercept with light effect. I know I need to learn it but I lack the skill for it.

    Ah, IMIW explains it. Korg's thorns don't deal damage against energy attacks. IMIW's first medium hit is a repulsor attack that deals energy damage.

    Ironman's first medium is a repulsor attack. It is an energy attack. So won't take damage
