Its been 2 hours since the maintenance and i haven't been refunded the mastery cores yet.

We're still working on getting these refunded to everybody. We don't have a definite timeline right now, but are working to get them out to everybody ASAP!

Read the announcement - it clearly said that you will get them back :-)
To rank party on 1st rank you don't need any cores, and duration of stun is still the same - 1sec. What so hurry to Max rank?

I bought 10 stoney mastery core just before the update, and I still have not been credited back. Could someone please look into my account and let me know when I will be getting the refund?

Please review the announcement thread here that explains more about how the mastery core refund related to the parry update worked. You will only have received back the cores you used to unlock parry before the changes. For any further account-related questions please contact support directly by going to the gear icon in game and choosing "Support."

I'm sorry to hear this! We've issued back refunds already, however, if you haven't received it please contact our Support Team. You can do so by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen with the app. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
