I’d say so if you had a lot of sig stones to put in.

That makes no sense. He’s obviously better sig 1 vs not awakened at all.

Yes awaken him and dump as many stones in as possible.

Daredevil at 1 sig level is like a 2% chance to dodge so it not worth it. Some awaken champion are useless at low sig levels and would be a waste of a gem.
