Spider-Man Stark Enhanced poise broken

It seems poise are not adding correctly to to SESM, in the images below captured from a video, I can see that 2 evades with dexterity granted me only 1 poise charge :
Before combo - 6 charges

First dexterity on medium, gained 1 charge

Second hit evade with dexterity - still 7 charges

I have the video as well from which images are taken.

There's a slight cool down of .8 seconds before he can gain his next poise. If you used Dex to evade 2 attacks in rapid succession then he normally only get the 1 poise. That's what's happened here

That’s why we never. Build more that’s 5 befor u hav push them a bit more back so u can build more of them
