**WINTER OF WOE - BONUS OBJECTIVE POINT**
As previously announced, the team will be distributing an additional point toward milestones to anyone who completed the Absorbing Man fight in the first step of the Winter of Woe.
This point will be distributed at a later time as it requires the team to pull and analyze data.
The timeline has not been set, but work has started.
There is currently an issue where some Alliances are are unable to find a match in Alliance Wars, or are receiving Byes without getting the benefits of the Win. We will be adjusting the Season Points of the Alliances that are affected within the coming weeks, and will be working to compensate them for their missed Per War rewards as well.

Additionally, we are working to address an issue where new Members of an Alliance are unable to place Defenders for the next War after joining. We are working to address this, but it will require a future update.

Suicide mastery regen issue in AW

I’m noticing differences in Willpower(WP) regen in AW and arena. Above images show (arena) before and after Double Edge and with Liquid courage left. WP regen should cover almost all the lost from Liquid courage after double edge expire.

Images above show the regen in AW against NC on node31. All the battles in AW however didn’t regen like arena.

The mastery in all images are the same, with max liquid courage, double edge and max willpower.

Can someone please clarify on this? Am i missing something here?

Poison reduces Regen. Only thing that comes to mind.

    What do you mean...

if you read carefully what i mentioned, they are all of the same mastery. why should they be any different in AW or arena?

Yes its cos of boost... willpower regens from base health and not modified health, so with boost you get higher damage from LC and DE but willpower regen remains the same.

    1) can be boosts 2) can be facing opponents with despair mastery in arena or AW which reducing your healing for each debuff on you

Thank you for the clarification and comments guys.

Now that we are aware of this, meaning to say that if it is really intentionally to have Suicide reduction based on modified health and Willpower is based on base health. This is not clarified in any of the mastery and it is potentially been made unaware to players.
If Willpower is based on original base health so should suicides, don’t you think?

However like one mentioned it could be caused by max Despair mastery.

Thanks again. I shall test more in arena to see if any of the AW situation arise.

All Damage over time debuffs are based on modified health that is why we have huge degen from Dormammu and other champs in AW, suicides just apply a bleed and poison so it interacts like any other DOT debuff.

Dormammu degen is based on dormammu attack rate, not your health no?

all DOT are based on modified attack

Not really ... Degen from Domino's sig is attached to her base attack

And that is clearly mentioned in her sig ability, same with Korg's Thorns damage but the rest all scale with modified attack.
