Alliance Gifting Event Reward Eligibility

How long do you need to be in an alliance to be elligible for the gifting rewards? I can’t find it anywhere and doesn’t say in game.

As long as you haven't claimed the awards in a different alliance, you will be immediately eligible for them surrounding the Gifting event as long as you meet the point requirements.

This is what I’m seeing for all the milestones. I haven’t claimed them from any other alliance.
