Why is this even in the game when 3 of the 8 champs arent even available as 5*s

I also pulled this few days ago and after lots of hard fights in the variant, I got a 3-4 rank up gem that I don't need at all

cause it for trash champs ...

No. They were never intended to be for all Champs. It was a bug.
