Is Scarlet Witch is duped at high sig. Then go her if she isn't go corvus glave

Both SW with high Sig (preferentially 99) and AA duped are best out there. I'll put corvus behind these 2.

If duped, she's god damned amazing

do you have any 5*s you can rank up instead? she needs a very high sig to be remotely decent after her nerf

I don’t - I only have 4 5 Star Champions and none are elite.
