My Alliance Rewards did not show up

So basically we just finished an amazing Alliance war and I was waiting for my rewards and then it showed up yellow and the small box on the left was already opened so I thought it was just a stupid bug and didn’t mind it I then opened it and saw NO rewards and saw absolutely nothing in my rewards I needed those 5* shards for my next 5* really need help on this because I really want my shards please

    At first that’s what I thought but the rewards never showed up in the first place

    can you recall if you claimed some stuffs from your Stash-Rewards section, before going to inbox to read some mails? That could be the reason why you see no items in an unread mail.

    It makes sense and is a logical answer but that day the only thing we did was AW and the Box icon on the left was already opened so I think it glitched me

    I'm sorry to hear your awards haven't shown up in your account! I recommend reaching out to our Support Team, they can properly assist you with this. You can reach them by selecting the gear icon in the upper left corner of the main screen within MCOC. From there, scroll to select 'Support'.
