Fastest way to get 5 star hero?

I only can play on weekends for 40 minutes each on Saturday and Sunday. I can even login on weekdays. I currently have 3200 5 star shards. How long would it take for me to get a 5 star hero and whats the fastest way I can get them? Thanks!

I can accumulate up to 10,000 shards per month. Mainly from alliance war and alliance events. Also from event quests. Duping my 4*s etc. I am at lvl 40

Become uncollected and do the event quest 100% on heroic, master, and uncollected.

It’s also the slowest way once you’ve sold all your 4* for one 5*.
