**UPDATES TO ENLISTMENT GIFTING EVENT:**
To prevent exploitation, we will prevent new Accounts from being able to Gift enlistment crystals. We will also be taking action on those who are using 3rd Party Sellers, Bots and other farms to gift themselves mass amounts of Enlistment Crystals. Lastly, we will be adding an expiration timer to Enlistment Crystals. All unopened Enlistment Crystals will expire on Oct 18 @ 17:00 UTC.     @Kabam Miike please note the trials did not reload for some of us. I'm hoping you can do a rerun for us tomorrow or offer a compensation for this, it's aggravating to think we waited a month for nothing, I also believe there should be a compensation for this e's delay & frustration. P.S. I'm sure this day has been aggravating for you as well, hopefully kabam can hook y'all up with a couple free drinks.

    message states that for android users, the update has not come out yet, kabam is working on it. Yet i am not an Android user and never have been. I run IOS, an apple iphone x and iphone 7, yet no update yet? what gives? i also do not have any quests except ultrons. As of 1/6/2019 approx time of 6:15 pm pst.

    Kabam please don't treat android users like a lower class of people be fair and release the update at the same time. If one of these platforms updates isn't ready just don't release anything. sorry I don't have that good english

    Kabam cant do ANYTHING about Google saying it will take 24 hours.

    It always bad to keep anything last minute and KABAM WILL NEVER LEARN! They should send through the update at least 24 hours before the update should go live and when the clock hits the the last 24 hours, people can download it from their play/app stores. It will only update the loading screen which is ok because anyways in ONE day the new EQ and whatever will be there.

    I hope @Kabam Miike conveys this message to their team. Better early than late otherwise you are the poor person who has to deal with outraged players

    This is completely ridiculous. You all at kabam talk about being fair in the game and that fair play needs to ever present but then apple users get the update but Android users do not. How is that fair? What about this even talks about good customer service. And yes we are customers because even if 1 player pays a $1 they become at that point a customer and this company and game designers and game moderators should be all about customer service to the highest standard and respect each customer. If an update was not ready for one device platform then it should not be available for another until it is ready for everyone who plays this game world wide so it's FAIR!! FAIR!! Maybe if you all as a company would focus on fixing all the bugs that each update seems to present thank putting out new champion after New champion then this game should be fun, fair and exciting for all that play this game. Please think about this and how you would feel if back in the day you could not play ninetendo, Genesis, PlayStation or Xbox because they wanted to allow the platforms to be sold only in Canada and South America, that would not be fair right? We are all gamers to a degree and we love playing video games, it's why we are all here in the first place. Please remember what it's like to be a player, a charger customer and how you would like to be treated. Thank you Kabam Mike and the rest of the moderators.

    I have never complained before, but I agree. This is the second time we android users have been left in the cold. Its frustrating and infuriating. I am not demanding compensation or extensions, but I do sincerely hope that you all learn from this and start adapting your timeline for these delays. Even if we are to believe its a "google problem" and not a kabam issue, the responsible thing to do for your android players and consumers is to adapt your future timelines accordingly. Also to be transparent about the issue and what you have done to rectify it. A third late release, say for the deadpool valentine event next week, will cause mutiny among many android users. Learn, adapt, communicate. Thats what we want...it happens once shame on you, twice shame on us for coming back...i wonder how many will remain or spend money after a third.

    to answer his original question it doesn't affect his legends run. He never had a chance before and he still doesn't have a chance now

    This is absolutely ridiculous, we were supposed to recieve this update hours and hours ago absolutely no excuse, as players we have been overly dedicated and loyal to this game, and in return this is what we get.

    Hey everyone,

    I found the update for Android users! My alliance and a line app I'm in all confirmed it worked for them. Simply open the Google play store and in the search bar search for contest of champions. You should see the new icon and the update bar for the game. It worked for me as well. I have an LG Stylo 4 on metro pcs.
