Marvel Insider rewards...4 years here never got one

Anybody else on Marvel insider not getting the rewards they buy with points? Been here since day 1 and since this started I buy the package with my points and haven't gotten anything ingame.

Kabam says check with marvel insider support and Marvel insider says to check with Kabam support.

    I have received them every single time, I have never really had any issues with them and they usually solve the problems within a couple of days

    Are you entering your name right and did you ever change your in game name before?

    What in game name are you submitting? I've seen people mistakenly include their Alliance tag on what they submit to Marvel Insiders.

    I've had everything I've bought; 2*s of Vulture, Blade, Night Thrasher, IMIW, and Sentry; 3*s of TR, Cap IW, Domino, plus the recent 2018 champions 3* bundle, the 2* X-Men bundle and an Ultimate crystal.

    the biggest problem players forget is when entering their in-game name on Insider, its case sensitive, you have to enter every capital or lowercase letter, symbol and/or number EXACTLY as it appears in-game.

    Marvel Insider kinda sucks. Never registers my points for the monthly EQ, and I just gave up after a few months of getting nowehere.

    The name that shows at the top of my game screen and has never been changed. The name I put is the one next to my my alliance league name. Only name I can see to enter.
