Here is a proposition: let us bring in the 4* champions, at least for synergies, and prevent us using them by having a same mechanic that you used in labyrinth (the enrage timer). 4 stars are not prevented from use in Labyrinth, they have an enrage timer; they just don't have the longest available enrage timer.

can some people complaingn they wont be able to do it show screenshots of their 5* and 6* rosters. will help see who can do it and is just complaining and who is honestly not able / ready for it.Here is my topI know i can make it work if i have the skill. You still don't seem to get it so let me put it this way, a 3/45 5 star has similar base stats to a 5/50 4 star. The 5 star would be allowed in Act 6.1 but the 4 star wouldn't. This is an arbitrary distinction being used to justify gatekeeping. It doesn't matter if my roster or your roster is able to handle a challenge; you can't guarantee that someone else will ever have the roster to be able to do it. People use 4 stars to fill in the gaps of their 5 star roster for attacking purposes and providing the synergy is there, lower rarity champions are also used for synergy purposes. This is not the same thing as not having a strong enough roster for the content, new players aren't expected to complete the harder difficulties in monthly quests, and they aren't even allowed to do them until they reach a certain level and have completed relevant content. But unlike leveling up the champions you do have and becoming uncollected, you can't just decide to have the champions you need for the proposed rarity gate in act 6.1. you dont get the point.its a progression gate.a player who has played for less than 12 months will struggle to have the roster.a player who has played for 1-2 should have and if not will be close to.and a player who has played for over 22 years really should have enough. if not they are a very casual player who is not looking to do endgame content. The game was released in December of 2014, if you've been playing it for 22 years we have a different problem, one of time travel. Progression gates are handled differently in other areas of the game such as requiring you to be a certain level or have beaten specific content. This is completely different and I'm not sure how to explain it in simpler terms. Gatekeeping based on rarity is not a progression block, became as I've pointed out a 5/50 and a 3/45 are effectively the same. They have the same exact challenge rating. There's no logical reason for one to be allowed and the other denied.

Okay, I'm interested. T5 cc fragment crystals are good, but it looks like you'll have a hard time making a fully formed. But I think no retreat is just a cheap node. One last question, when will we see featured cavalier crystals? No Retreat was initially much harder (it was initially just Caltrops, with a smaller Degeneration), and we actually made it much easier to avoid as a result of feedback from a small group of Beta Testers. Hopefully when you try it out for yourself you'll get a sense of the rhythm it creates! As for the T5CC, it's important to remember that, as with Act 5, most of the juicy rewards were included as the content and the Act progressed. You won't be able to fully form a T5CC quite yet, but Chapter 1 is meant to get you started in a significant way (we opted to give 25% of ONE catalyst instead of 25% of potentially all 6 Catalysts in the form of 2% Fragment Crystals). A penalty to using dex is still a penalty that shouldn’t happen, no matter how you spin it. You’re penalizing a player for using skill. You removed caltrops for that exact reason, now you come back with this? Laughable

To everyone that is saying the 5-6* restriction is ok/tolerable/acceptable/encouraged, I want to ask you 1 question: are you ok with this game turning into a 100% pay to win structure?I ask this because every single summoner's roster is based upon the CHANCE that they pull good champions. There are well over 100 5* in the game, even more 4*, and a lot of these champions are either straight up awful or provide only very specific utility (sometimes only with the help of synergies) that they would be an absolute waste of resources to rank up. Obviously the more 5/6* champions each summoner gets, the BETTER chance they have at pulling a champion that would actually help them complete the content in Act 6 and there are 2 ways to do this: spend time to do quests/arena/AW/AQ to obtain the shards/resources, or pay for grandmaster crystals and hope for the best. EVEN THEN, there is still NO guarantee that the 5 * champs you receive will help you in any way.So what does all this mean, you may ask. Simple, Kabam is telling you to either 1: WAIT, and get even further behind end-game players in term of progress, or 2: PAY even more money to get a better chance to get what you need right now so you don't fall behind. Ultimately this structure completely favors the payers, and when you a specifically blocking content behind a wall that favors people that pay (NO OTHER CONTENT IN THE GAME HAS A RESTRICTION THAT BENEFITS PEOPLE THAT PAY), then you are specifically in favor of this game stunting its growth of incoming players as any new free to play players are told to get to the back of the bus if they don't get good luck with their first 20 or so 5 stars or first 3 6*.Ultimately I want you to answer why it benefits ANYONE in the game to block 4* and below from Act 6 content? Especially when there are recorded cases of people using 4* in LOL and Variant.
Terrible for lesser players who haven’t stacked 5*& 6* champs. Discrimination against those people. Kabam You will force these players to give up. Please look at his and change it.
Just pulled 5* ghulk, hopefully face me works against act 6 degens. Also, I'm a bit confused. The last thing that happened in story quests(after 5.4), doctor strange reassembed the shards, but the piece at the heart was missing. But now in 6.1, they're showing that carina is back. Did i miss something? When did they get the last piece?

Did i miss something? When did they get the last piece? Several months back, it showed her in a bed turning back from crystal with the collector sitting by the bed. It was in the ending cutscene for one of the event quests. I believe the story of that quest was getting the last piece. Also, they said earlier that gulk will regen against the act 6 specific degen.
Hey everybody,We're seeing your concerns, and desire for more clarification on the Champion Requirements. We're going to write something up to clearly present our intentions with these requirements and their purpose. We don't want to create any more confusion, so we're going to take our time with this. We'll have something to give you insight into our intentions tomorrow.
This game should be about skill & strategy It has always been about twitch skill, strategy, and roster progress. And of those three, one of them is the foundation the game is built on, and unlikely to be altered by asking.

If you did something like that it would have been so much fun : 6.1.1 only 1*6.1.2 only 2*6.1.3 only 3*6.1.4 only 4*6.1.5 only 5*6.1.6 only 6*
