Can someone please tell me why Cap America WW2 isn't listed as an Avenger? I mean you've got Hulk Ragnarok listed... Is this an oversight?

Avengers initiatve in the MCU was created by Nick Fury in 1995 after working with Cap Marvel.
WW2 cap is from the 1940's. (WW2 cap is based on cap america from CA movie MCU)
along time before the avengers started.
All have been Avengers at times; but (remembering the set-up of this contest) at the time they were pulled out of the time-stream, and into the battlerealm, they weren't an Avenger.

CapWWii was added to the battle realm before Stever Rogers was an avenger. so therefore will remain that way inside the battlerealm.
Stever Rogers as WWii was picked from the timeline at the point before he became an avenger, before the avengers even existed
The WWii Cap we have in the battlerealm Is not the same Steve Rogers that then went on to help found the avengers and grow a mad beard and become our beloved IW Beardo.
