I have 5* 4/45 of both and I use X-23 far more than Emma. Bleed and regen helps you through alot of content.

Emma is easy af on defence once u figure out how to evade her sp1

X-23 for questing and offense, Emma for Defense. She doesn't need awakened and her heal will save lots of pots.

X-23 is super fun to play, but Emma is better for utility.

I one-shot Fury on the master level with my 4-star Emma Frost. She's a great champ. I dig X-23 as well, so if you need a bleed champ on your roster, you might choose her, but otherwise Emma is the one, IMO.
